PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bulletin board to which different things such as a scratch pad, a notebook, and a pencil can be bonded. SOLUTION: The bulletin board has a hard support body or support member and a flat plate comprising a stack array of adhesive-coated sheets fitted on the support member. The adhesive-coated sheets are each so constituted that different things such as a scratch pad, a notebook, and a pencil can be bonded. Thus, the bulletin board is formed including a plurality of adhesive-coated sheets and then an exposed adhesive-coated sheet having deteriorated owing to repetitive use can easily be removed from the stack array of adhesive-coated sheets to expose a new adhesive-coated sheet, which can be used to fix a thing again. The adhesion level or the degree of stickiness of an adhesive-coated sheet of each film sheet can variously be adjusted by varying the processing level at which an adhesive coating material becomes solid on the film surface, the chemical composition itself of, specially, an adhesive, the chemical composition of a bridging component used for the adhesive, and the ratio of the adhesive and bridging agent.
