PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor capable of producing a ghost-free image while retaining high sensitivity as an excellent electrophotographic property, free of occurrence of white streaks and black streaks due to unevenness in electrostatic charge, having a long printing durability life, and capable of stably producing a high-quality image, and to provide a process cartridge with the electrophotographic photoreceptor and an electrophotographic apparatus. SOLUTION: Capacitance C per 1 cm<SP>2</SP>of the electrophotographic photoreceptor is≥130 pF, and an intermediate layer of the electrophotographic photoreceptor contains polyamide resin and a titanium compound having a specified structure, wherein the ratio (mass ratio) of the polyamide resin to the titanium compound is 1/99 to 45/55. Alternatively, the intermediate layer contains a polyamide resin and a polymer obtained by polymerizing a titanium alkoxide and a compound having a specified structure, wherein the ratio (mass ratio) of the polyamide resin to the polymer is 1/99 to 45/55.
