PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a test module used for verifying proper arrangement of a light-emitting device on an electronic assembly, by testing light color and light intensity on the light-emitting device. SOLUTION: This module contains one or many color-sensitive photodiodes(40a, 40b, 40c) accurately measuring true colors and intensity emitted by the device, when it is exposed to a light coupled from an emitter under testing. The test module outputs both a first analog signal which is directly proportional to the intensity and a second analog signal with its power voltage being proportional to the spectral wavelength of the device under testing.
