PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the image detecting structure of a power module for improving the precision of recognition in the image of a CCD camera. SOLUTION: One slope 32 is formed in a recognition mark 31 of a housing 12 of an IGBT module 11. The slope 32 of the recognition mark 31 is formed so that a reflected light H2 of the slope 32 can be made incident to the field of view of a CCD camera 2. Therefore, when an IGBT module 11 is irradiated by a light source 1, the reflected light H2 of the slope 32 of the recognition mark 31 is made incident to the field of view, and projected the most brightly on an image acquired by the CCD camera 2.
