FIBER-POLYPROPYLENE RESIN COMPOSITE, ITS PELLET AND FIBER REINFORCED RESIN MOLDED PRODUCT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber reinforced resin molded product with excellent creep characteristic, a fiber-polypropylene resin composite suitable for a raw material of the fiber reinforced resin molded product with excellent creep characteristic and its pellets. SOLUTION: The fiber-polypropylene resin composite comprises components of (A) 20-95 weight% of a propylene resin containing a component (A-1) which is a propylene random copolymer obtained by copolymerization of propylene and at least one monomer selected from the group consisting of ethylene andα-olefin, wherein the content of a whole polymerized monomer unit derived from monomers of the group consisting of ethylene andα-olefin is 0.1-3 weight%, or a modified propylene resin obtained by modification of the propylene resin with an unsaturated carboxylic acid or its derivative and (B) 80-5 weight% of a fiber-polypropylene resin composite containing a fiber with a weight average fiber length of 2-100 mm. The pellet of the fiber-polypropylene resin composite and the molded product obtained by melt-kneading the pellet or the composite and molding are also provided. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
