PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording medium which records an operation data transition program of automatic selling and a vending machine and facilitates transition of operation data. SOLUTION: The operation data transition program 20a previously recorded in a memory card 20 mounted in an interface 13 is executed to record the operation data 12a, 12b, 12c stored in a second memory 12 in a data area 20b of the memory card 20 or record the operation data recorded in the data area 20b of the memory card 20 in the second memory 12. Thus, the operation data stored in a storage device can be saved in a portable recording medium by mounting the portable recording medium recording the operation data transition program on the interface of a control device, or the operation data stored in the portable recording medium can be rewritten to the storage device.
