PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the electrical connection of a connecting wiring board easily evaluated. SOLUTION: A connecting wiring board comprises a first board 10 containing an area 12 for mounting electronic elements, a first wiring pattern 20 formed on the board 10, and a second board. The connecting wiring board also comprises a second wiring pattern electrically connected to the first wiring pattern 20 and formed on the second board. The first wiring pattern 20 contains connecting terminals 22 electrically connected to the electronic elements, an inspection section 24 electrically connected to a measuring instrument, and a plurality of external terminals 30 electrically connected to the connecting terminals 22. The external terminals 30 include connecting external terminals 32 electrically connected to the connecting terminals 22 and at least one inspection external terminal 34 electrically connected to the inspection section 24.
