PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens block capable of positioning a body and a cover, positioning the body and a lens, and preventing a reverse setting of the lens to the body. SOLUTION: A pair of convex parts 221, 221 set in protrusion at an open edge 20 side on the outer periphery of a side face part 22 of the body 2A and arranged in opposition with an opening 2a in between, and a pair of concave parts 31a, 31a formed at an open edge 31 of the cover 3 into which, side faces of the pair of convex parts 221, 221 are to be fitted, are provided as a positioning means. Further, as a positioning reverse setting prevention means, a notched part 22b formed from the open edge 20 at the side face part 22 of the body 2A to a bottom part 21 of the body 2A, and a protruded part 401 formed at an inner face of an open edge 40 side of the lens 4A to be fitted in the notched part 22b are provided.
