PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create/update a home page utilizing facsimile with a plurality of home pages as target objects. SOLUTION: This system converts facsimile data sent from a member under a member contract for inserting information in a home page to data to be inserted to the home page with a plurality of home pages as the target objects, and creates/updates the home page. In the system, a telephone number dedicated to each home page for which the member is under the contact is fixed. Based on a call-incoming telephone number from the member, the system identifies which home page the member belongs to, performs data conversion processing of received facsimile data, and thereafter creates/updates the home page of the identified member.
