PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit diagram information display device, simply and surely displaying a changed part changed by a user with his or her intention for change. SOLUTION: According to a comparison program 10 of a circuit diagram information display program 4, the connection and attribute information on an initial circuit diagram 6 obtained by an extraction program 5 and a corrected circuit diagram 7 obtained by an extraction program 5 are compared by starting the comparison program 10 using a general purpose text comparison command (comm) provided in an operating system 2 to thereby extract difference information 11. A conversion program 12 generates display data for displaying the changed parts between two circuit diagrams 6, 7 on the basis of the extracted difference information 11, and a display program 13 starts a circuit diagram editor 1 to display the generated display data on a display.
