PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent increase in the thickness of optical sheets due to the use of a double-face sticky adhesive tape in the process of sticking the optical sheets on the same side of the sheets with the sticky adhesive tape like binding a book for preventing the optical sheet from blowing out when air is blown to the optical sheets layered on a light guide plate to remove dust. SOLUTION: In the process of forming tongue pieces where the double-face sticky adhesive tape T is applied in the same side of optical sheets 31 to 34, the tongue pieces 311, 331 of the optical sheets 31, 33 in odd numbers are arranged in the position different from the position of the tongue pieces 321, 341 of the sheets 32, 34 in even numbers so as to avoid overlapping when sheets are stacked.
