MEASURING METHOD OF VOLTAGE AND POWER QUALITY OF THREE-PHASE POWER SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire an accurate waveform having a suppressed noise at a demand spot, when acquiring a measuring method of a voltage and power quality of a three-phase power system. SOLUTION: In this measuring method of the voltage and power quality wherein an instrument transformer is connected to the three-phase power system, a Clark coordinates method is applied, wherein V-V connection is adopted in the instrument transformer and the standard has a common phase in two measured line voltages, to thereby suppress a noise by limiting the noise to either ofαphase andβphase.
