PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic makeup product together having characteristics of non-transferability, immobility, retentivity, comfortableness, non-drying properties, glossiness, or the like, and further capable of being easily spread without causing stickiness. SOLUTION: The cosmetic makeup product contains a first composition and a second composition, wherein the first composition contains a physiologically acceptable medium and the second composition contains a mixture of a polymer having a weight-average molecular weight of≥200,000 g/mol and a liquid silicone compound having a molecular weight of <200,000 g/mol in such a ratio that the mixture has a dynamic viscosity of 0.1-120 Pa.s, when measured at 25°C by a Mettler RM 180 rotational viscometer.
