PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cockpit monitoring system, a cockpit condition informing device, a cockpit condition display device, and a cockpit monitoring method for taking a necessary countermeasure on the ground side by promptly informing abnormal condition in an aircraft on a flight and properly assisting the flight of the objective aircraft on the ground side. SOLUTION: Regarding a state of a cockpit door of the aircraft on the flight being opened as a state in which an abnormal event may have occurred in the aircraft due to an aerial piracy or the like, when the cockpit door is opened, the cockpit condition informing device 10 loaded on the aircraft automatically starts transmitting voices and images in the cockpit to the cockpit condition display device 20 placed on the ground to provide the ground side with an actual condition in the cockpit.
