PURPOSE: A method for generating a search result list on a search engine is provided to offer diverse billing tools to a network information provider by properly reflecting the profits of the network information provider and impose no charge to a search listing displayed after the second page. CONSTITUTION: A search request is received from a searcher(502). The search listing having a keyword identical with the search request is discriminated(503). The discriminated search listing is arranged in the search result list(504). If the searcher clicks the search listing from the search result list displayed on the first page, the charge is imposed to the network information provider(507). If the searcher clicks the search listing from the search result list displayed on the page except the first page, the charge is not imposed to the network information provider.
