DENSITY UNEVENNESS CORRECTION METHOD, SYSTEM AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a density unevenness correction method which can correct the unevenness of density while avoiding the deterioration of image quality on the high density side, and a density unevenness correction system and a density unevenness correction program.

SOLUTION: In this density unevenness correction method, a density unevenness is measured using a color chart 310 or the like, then a correction function which represents a correction based on measurement data D10 is created, and image data are corrected according to the correction function. In addition, the correction function is such a function which does not work for correction where an image is solid or makes a correction so as to produce an ink blank dot in halftone dots.
