<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell device provided with a dust-proof, drip-proof and antifreeze structure responding to outdoor installation. <P>SOLUTION: In this fuel cell device, a lid body 52 equipped with through-holes 51 capable of running air, a filter 57 for removing dust included in the air, and a gallery 56 for blocking intrusion of water droplets by rain are integrally and detachably formed in an inlet port 31. The fuel cell device is so structured that an exhaust dust box 34 is installed inside the exhaust port 32 to exhaust the air through the dust box 34.
