<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a negative electrode member with an excellent cycle property and long life, and to provide a lithium secondary battery with excellent charging/discharging cycle stability, high capacity, and high safety. <P>SOLUTION: The negative electrode member of the lithium secondary battery is formed by successively laminating a lithium metal film 2 and a solid electrolyte film 3 on a metallic base member made of a copper foil 1. A copper component existing at a part within 20% of a thickness from the surface of the lithium metal film 2 is restricted to 5 atom% or less, by reducing a thermal load when forming the lithium metal film 2 of the negative electrode member, or by preliminarily forming a middle layer for preventing diffusion on the surface of the copper film 1 to restrain activation of the lithium. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
