<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply obtain an ingredient material-containing liquid seasoning by mixing an alfatized starch in an amount required with a large amount of water-based seasoning by carrying out stirring for a short time without forming undissolved lump in a large amount, in a method of producing the ingredient material-containing liquid seasoning in which material feeling of the ingredient material is retained and/or enriched by mixing alfatized starch with water-based seasoning. <P>SOLUTION: The ingredient material-containing liquid seasoning is obtained by mixing the alfatized starch with a viscous seasoning such as starch syrup, honey, concentrated juice or liquid sugar having 40-88 degree Brix and mixing the mixture with the other water-based seasoning base and an ingredient material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
