<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that in renting a privately possessed vacancy as a parking lot, there is the fear of breaking garden trees or fittings of the parking lot, and it is difficult to provide it as a parking lot. <P>SOLUTION: In registering a parking lot location and a parking providing time from a provider providing a parking garage, parking garage providing information including the presence/absence of request for maintenance work for the provided parking lot is registered. A parking lot meeting the condition is retrieved on the basis the parking lot use information from a user desiring to use the parking lot from the registered information.
