PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly flexible and widely applicable security managing device for acquiring machine information from a network machine, and for facilitating various security countermeasures while referring to the machine information. SOLUTION: This security managing device is provided with: a security diagnosing part 41 for judging the presence/absence of the classification of security relevant processing and its necessity for a network machine based on security information acquired from a security information providing device 3 for providing information associated with security in a network 1 and machine information acquired from at least one network machine 2 connected to the network 1; and a prevention executing part 44 for facilitating predetermined security countermeasures to the network machine based on the diagnostic result of the security diagnosing part 41.
