PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actuator apparatus with satisfactory temperature characteristics with little loss by reducing perpendicularity variation of a reflection mirror in the temperature variation in a using temperature range and correctly reflecting outgoing light from an optical fiber. SOLUTION: This actuator apparatus is provided with a rotary shaft 15, a rotating body having a shield plate 19 fixed to the rotary shaft 15 with a prescribed angle, a driving means driving the shaft 15, and a mechanism inserting or removing the shield plate 19 having a light shield face or a reflection face in an optical path.
