<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actuator capable of constantly smoothly and reliably returning an output member to the set position. <P>SOLUTION: The actuator 1 comprises a motor 10, a pinion 16 fixed to an armature shaft 11, a reduction gear mechanism 20, an output member 30 to be reciprocated by a predetermined stroke by the reduction gear mechanism 20, an urging member 40 to constantly urge the output member 30 so as to move the member to one stroke end, a damper 50 to mitigate the impact of the output member 30 when the output member 30 is moved to the other stroke end against the urging force of the urging member 40, and an actuator case 2 to store the motor 10 or the like. In the actuator 1, the pinion 16, a plurality of reduction gears 21a-23a and pinions 21b-23b of the reduction gear mechanism 20 are all formed of spur gears, and a compression coil spring 40 as the urging member is interposed between the output member 30 and the damper 50 in the actuator case 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
