COMMUNICATION NETWORK SYSTEM USING DOMAIN NAME SYSTEM AND TERMINAL INFORMATION PROCESSING METHOD IN DOMAIN NAME SYSTEM

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication network system using a domain name system for preventing a large load from being given to a DNS server, preventing the increase of a traffic volume in a whole network and preventing a long delay time until the line is connected to another host.

SOLUTION: An intermediary server 51 is connected between respective hosts 14-1 to 14-n and the DNS server 12. The intermediary server 51 mediates the request for name solution from a request source host and an IP address of the host being an object of connection, which is replied/returned from the DNS server 12 by the request. Host names and the IP addresses of the hosts which can request connection are made to correspond at the time of mediation. They are registered in a list 64 as the depending relation information.
