<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information recording medium authenticity of information on which is easily judged even if a person having illegal intention acquires or counterfeits an unrecorded card(information recording medium) and records obtained individual information on the card. <P>SOLUTION: On a base body 7, an adhesive layer 6, a colored layer 5, an optical reflective layer 4, a hologram forming layer 3 having fine irregularity on the reflective layer 4 side, and a protective layer 2 are laminated in this order to obtain the information recording medium 1.
