<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an order-made system for gloves enabling a user to easily obtain gloves suitable to her (his) hands by utilizing a camera-attached cell phone recently widespread, a home-use digital camera, and a computer to which the image data from the digital camera can be downloaded to be transmitted by telephotography. <P>SOLUTION: The order-made system for gloves enables a user to make gloves suitable for her (his) hands to order. The system comprises the following means and units: (a) an image download means 1 for downloading the shape of the hand as an image data; (b) an electrical transmission means 2 for transmitting the downloaded image data by telephotography; (c) an image data processing unit 3 for storing the transmitted image data of the hand in an electrically transmitted image data storing means to obtain a necessary size of the hand using the electrically transmitted image data, and creating pattern data of respective parts of the gloves based on the obtained sizes; and (d) a cutting unit 4 for cutting the parts of the gloves based on the pattern data of the respective parts transmitted from the image data processing unit 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
