PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a propulsion apparatus having both a large thrust and a high responsiveness in a two-liquid type propulsion apparatus using a safe hydrogen peroxide as an oxidizing agent. SOLUTION: A preheated net 18 is provided in a combustion chamber 14. An oxidizing agent supply means 10 and a fuel supply means 12 are all opened toward the net 18. The oxidizing agent 30 and fuel 32 are finely granulated on the net 18 to increase surface areas and are heated. The decomposition of the oxidizing agent 30 on the net 18 is expedited, and an instantaneous ignitability is obtained by performing the collision or the mixture with the fuel 32 in a short time.
