PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a top guide to properly squeeze off the water attached to a fishing line at need and prevent the intrusion of the water into a fishing rod. SOLUTION: The top guide 1 is provided with a nearly cylindrical main body 2 extensible in axial direction and detachably connected to the end of the tip of a tip section rod R and ceramic rings 3, 4 positioned in the main body 2. The main body 2 has the 1st cylindrical member 5 and the 2nd cylindrical member 6 positioned at both ends of the axial direction and bellows 7 connecting the 1st cylindrical member 5 and the 2nd cylindrical member 6.
