PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an oil-in-water(O/W) type emulsified composition containing a purine-based nucleic acid-related substance, in more details, the O/W type emulsified composition excellent in emulsifying stability in spite of containing the purine-based nucleic acid-related substance. SOLUTION: The O/W type emulsified composition contains, based on 100 wt.% emulsified composition,≥0.1 wt.% at least one purine-based nucleic acid-related substance selected from adenosine 3', 5'-cyclic phosphate, adenosine monophosphate, adenosine diphosphate, adenosine triphosphate and salts thereof, 0.05-6 wt.% polyglyceryl fatty acid ester, 0.01-1 wt.% alkanoyl lactic acid or a salt thereof, 0.01-0.8 wt.% alkyl acrylate methacrylate copolymer, 50-90 wt.% water, 0.3-20 wt.% oil content and 0.05-15 wt.% polyhydric alcohol.
