PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the time required to rotate electric motors 100a to 100e till the original position by initialization process in an air conditioner for a vehicle. SOLUTION: The system has an electronic control device 400 rotating electric motors 100a to 100e respectively till the target position according to the target blowing-out temperature. The electronic control device 400 rotates the electric motors 100a to 100e till the original position, and has an initialization function memorizing the fact that the electric motors 100a to 100e are rotated till the original position. The drive pulse signal having high frequency comparing to the normal operation time to rotate the electric motors 100a to 100e till the target position is used at the initialization time to rotate the electric motors 100a to 100e till the original position. Therefore, the electric motors 100a to 100e can be rotated at higher speed comparing to the normal air conditioning time to rotate till the target position at the initialization time.
