PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mass infiltration underground water storage tank by connection regarding a device for collecting rainwater and flowing water through filtration without using power and storing the water to utilize it. SOLUTION: The lower parts of several to scores of small water storage tanks provided with filter layers at the upper parts are connected and integrated by connecting pipes. A water collecting area can thereby be enlarged, and the water level can be kept constant. Stable use can be attained by increasing the number of connected tanks according to a use purpose.
