PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a faucet which allows tap water to be spouted therefrom even if both the hands of the operator are unavailable, to thereby use tap water without waste. SOLUTION: In the faucet, both ends of a wire case 5 are completely fixed, and a wire 6 guided therein has both ends thereof firmly fixed without loosening at both the ends.
