PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture gas turbine parts (a panel having an insertion hole, for example) only by simple casting and fabrication. SOLUTION: In this lotus root-shaped porous metal manufacturing method, an advancing direction of a solid-liquid interface at solidifying as a determination factor of a growing direction of a pore is controlled to be slant, whereby the panel having the insertion hole can be manufactured only by the simple casting and the fabrication. At this time, by controlling an atmospheric gas pressure and a solidifying speed, a pore diameter and a porosity are controlled, thereby realizing predetermined cooling property and heat insulating property.
