PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the joint structure of a bearing pile and a structure capable of reducing bending moment generated to a joint part while absorbing the energy of tensile stress generated by bending moment and tensile axial force, by a lifting effect and an energy absorbing member while resisting compressive stress and shearing force stress by steel members by jointing a pile head part of the bearing pile and the structure through the steel members with constitution of allowing a plastic hinge in a state of providing a suitable clearance between them. SOLUTION: The steel member provided at the pile head part of the bearing pile, and the steel member provided at the lower end part of the structure are made to butt each other to provide the clearance between the pile head part and the structure, and the butted upper and lower steel members are connected by the energy absorbing member plastically deformed to vertical tensile stress generated by bending moment and tensile axial force to form the constitution allowing the plastic hinge.
