PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of lifting an external vertical curing unit without using a tower crane. SOLUTION: In the method of lifting the external vertical curing unit, the external vertical curing unit A formed by continuously jointing curing units 1 in a lateral direction is mounted to a balcony by latching devices 5 to cover an upper skeleton 18. These curing units 1 are vertically movable by female guides 6a at the side faces and male guides 6b slidably fitted to the female guides 6a. After lifting one curing unit 1 slightly by a lifting device 19, the latching device 5 is removed from the balcony and rotated onto the back face side of the curing unit 1.
