PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oozing method for a road antifreeze solution having proper flow rate in accordance with a weather condition and an installation place and an oozing apparatus. SOLUTION: The oozing apparatus for the road antifreeze solution comprises a pipe connected to a distributor in an instrument box from the antifreeze solution tank and a conveying pump means connected to the distributor and supplying liquid to an oozing device installed on the outside line of the road or the road surface by separately setting the length of a liquid feed pipe and amount of liquid to be supplied.
