PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a luminous display apparatus constituted so that its luminous member can not be visualized directly. SOLUTION: The luminous display apparatus is provided with a luminous member, a coating member for prohibiting direct visual recognition of the luminous member from the surface, and a reflection member. The reflection member supplies light emission energy to the luminous member by reflecting and guiding in the outside light when outside light is irradiated on the surface, and emits light by reflecting and guiding out the light emitted from the luminous member to the surface when the irradiation of the outside light is insufficient.
