PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a hair cosmetic that can repair or prevent the hollowness occurring inside the hair on hair coloring, hair drying with a drier, and the like, excellent in hair improving effect. SOLUTION: This hair cosmetic which is washed away in use, comprises (A) organic acids, (B) an organic solvent selected from polypropylene glycol or propylene carbonate having 200-700 average molecular weight by GPC (gel permeation chromatography), (C) two or more kinds of compounds selected from a cationic surfactant, a higher alcohol or an alkylamine, and has pH of 2.0-6.0(25°C).
