PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a frame and a storage vessel of a paper deck from being obliquely set in the paper deck allowing the storage vessel to be pulled out to prevent oblique travel and horizontal register deviation. SOLUTION: When setting the storage vessel 101 on the frame 102, one end part of a face opposing to the frame of the storage vessel is provided with a hook which is a storage vessel fixing means, a spring 112 which is a storage vessel pushing-out means provided in its vicinity, and a magnet 151 which is a storage vessel simple fixing means in an end part on the opposite side to the storage vessel fixing means to prevent the storage vessel from rotating and being attached to the frame.
