PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sliding door control device capable of restraining hunching in a short time when the attitude of a vehicle is in an inclined state. SOLUTION: A control unit is provided with a speed computing unit, a position detector and a ramp determining unit. The speed computing unit computes movement speed of a power sliding door. The position detector detects a moving distance of the power sliding door from a position where the power sliding door starts operating. The ramp determining unit determines if an automobile is on a ramp or not based on a speed information signal input from the speed computing unit and a position information signal input from the position detector. When the ramp determining unit determines that the automobile is on the ramp, a control output computing unit controls a motor so that the movement speed of the power sliding door converges at control speed for the ramp.
