PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an industrial machine control device that can predict the time when a battery capacity will be exhausted. SOLUTION: The industrial machine control device 1, which comprises memories 7 to 9 for storing control information for controlling an industrial machine 2, and memory backup batteries 13 and 14, has battery capacity detecting means 15 for detecting current capacities of the backup batteries 13 and 14, and battery capacity exhaustion time predicting means 16. The predicting means 16 predict exhaustion times of battery capacities from battery capacity decreasing trends based on the current capacities detected by the battery capacity detecting means 15.
