PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a browning plate grilling the surface of a material to be heated until the surface is slightly burnt by high frequency heating. SOLUTION: This browning plate 3 to be used in a high frequency heating apparatus includes high frequency heating bodies 4, 5, 6 and 7 generating heat by high frequency heating on the rear surface of a ceramic receiving plate for mounting the material to be cooked. The high frequency heating bodies 4, 5, 6 and 7 are provided in the rear surface of the receiving plate by being divided into a plurality of sections so as to uniformly form the browning on the surface of the material to be cooked.
