The invention relates to a wiping/cleaning blade for a vehicle windscreen wiper and more particularly a wiping/cleaning blade at least part of the surface of which is flocked. The invention further relates to a method for production of said blade and a windscreen wiper arm and windscreen wiper fitted with such a blade.
