METHOD OF PRODUCING HYBRIDOMA AND UTILIZATION THEREOF

It is intended to provide a method of producing an antibody-producing hybridoma by fusing an immunized cell, having been prepared by immunizing a B cell in vitro, with a myeloma cell, which is superior in efficiency to the existing methods and practically usable. More specifically, a method of producing an antibody-producing hybridoma which comprises immunizing a B cell with an antigenic substance in the coexistence of a cytokine and a glycolipid in vitro and then fusing the thus immunized B cell with a myeloma cell; and utilization thereof.
