<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique by adaptation of donor lymphocyte infusion capable of treating malignant tumors without causing side effects of graft versus host disease. <P>SOLUTION: The subject method for treating malignant tumors comprises administering a patient requiring treatment with donor lymphocyte infusion for treating tumor by graft versus tumor reaction, then irradiating the patient with radiation to prevent and treat the graft versus host disease to be caused by the above donor lymphocyte infusion, and treat the patient with host lymphocyte infusion, and then intra bone marrow administration with host whole bone marrow cells. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
