<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to be switched to a wireless transmission reception function section spare card in a short period of time without adversely affecting a processing operation. <P>SOLUTION: A control function section card 4 sets control data for the wireless transmission reception function section spare card 6 in parallel with each of wireless transmission reception function section cards 5, transmits a switching instruction including sector information representing a sector of the wireless transmission reception function section cards 5 wherein a switching cause takes place to the wireless transmission reception function section spare card 6 on the occurrence of the switching cause, the wireless transmission reception function section spare card 6 validates only the control data corresponding to the sector to transit from a standby state into an operating state and starts wireless communication with a mobile unit existing in the sector. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
