<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protective cover for wiring or piping capable of enhancing the working efficiency in wiring or piping work, and enhancing the strength of the cover, and a method for manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The protective cover 11 wiring or piping comprises a base to store an optical fiber cable 12, and a cover 24 assembled to the base 13 so as to close an opening of the base 13. First walls 16 of the base 13 and the cover 24 are recessed/projected in side view by providing base projecting parts 13a and cover projecting parts 24a at a predetermined pitch, and second walls 17 are integrally formed so as to cover each inward opening by recesses and projections. A fitting projection 19b and a fitted projection 28b are formed on opening end parts of the base 13 and the cover 24. When the cover 24 is assembled to the base 13, the fitted projection 28b of the cover 24 is fitted to the fitting projection 19b of the base 13 to regulate detachment of the cover 24 from the base 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
