<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acceleration sensor capable of easily setting the detecting sensitivity of an acceleration sensor, flexibly coping with products of a small lot, and reducing the management cost. <P>SOLUTION: A diaphragm of an acceleration sensor, a supporting wall and a projecting part to mount a weight body are integrally molded, and the weight body is fixed to the diaphragm through the projecting part, so that each part can be surely bonded, the mounting accuracy and the detecting accuracy can be improved, and further the detection sensitivity can be easily set by properly changing the weight body in accordance with the detected acceleration. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
