<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a headlight deflection mechanism using no speed-reduction gear. <P>SOLUTION: A bracket 40 is mounted to a frame 60 constituting a car body and a stepping motor 20 is horizontally turnably mounted to the bracket 60. A thread 23 is formed on a rotation shaft 22 of the stepping motor 20 and a slider 30 is thread-engaged therewith. A connection lever 50 is horizontally turnably mounted to the frame 60. The slider 30 is moved along the rotation shaft 22 and both ends 50a, 50b of the connection lever 50 are rotated by rotating the rotation shaft 22.
