摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce useless processing time and power consumption at the time of receiving quality deterioration by controlling the number of repetitive turbo decoding times of an up-link signal in a base station that performs site selection diversity during soft handover. <P>SOLUTION: A turbo decoding control part 134 determines whether a self-station is a primary cell on the basis of a primary cell ID in FBI information received through a DPCCH (dedicated physical control channel) extracting part 132, and outputs a decoding process stop instruction SF to a turbo decoding part 133 if the self-station is not a primary cell.
